Three cancellations, two no-shows, one 40-minute late arrival — worst week in memory

just had the worst week i can remember in a while. three cancellations, two no-shows, and one person who rocked up 40 minutes late and expected the full treatment. i'm a one-woman setup so every single slot counts. feeling pretty demoralised if i'm honest. does it get easier to manage emotionally or do you just get used to absorbing it?
