Refund Policy

Upgrade Requests Not Yet Processed
If you have submitted payment but your membership upgrade has not yet been processed by our team (within the 24-48 hour review period), you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment.
Active Memberships
Monthly plans (Premium, VIP): No refunds for the current billing month. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period. Your subscription will not renew.
Annual plans (VIP Seller): Refunds are available on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase, minus a £20 administration fee. After 30 days, no refunds are available, but you retain access until the end of the annual period.
Exceptions
Accounts banned for violating our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines are not eligible for refunds regardless of when the violation occurred.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@forumly.uk with:
- Your username and registered email address
- PayPal transaction ID
- Reason for refund request
We process refund requests within 3-5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original PayPal account.
Marketplace Transactions
Forumly does not facilitate or mediate marketplace transactions between buyers and sellers. Refund disputes for marketplace purchases must be resolved directly with the seller or via PayPal's buyer protection programme.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
