Yes, you can cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting us. Your membership remains active until the end of the billing period.

Posting & Content
Free members can post 3 threads and 10 replies per day. Premium, VIP, and VIP Seller members have unlimited posting.
External links are only available to Premium and higher members. Free members can share links via their profile once they reach a sufficient trust level.
New members start at Trust Level 0. As you post, engage, and contribute, you earn higher trust levels which unlock additional features and posting privileges.
Yes, you can edit your own posts within 24 hours. Deleting posts is available from your profile. Moderators may also remove content that violates our guidelines.

Business verification adds a blue verified badge to your profile, confirming you are a legitimate beauty professional or business. This builds trust with other members and potential clients.
Submit a verification request from your account settings. Provide your business name, description, and optionally a supporting document (certificate, insurance, registration). Our team reviews requests within 48 hours.
Business verification review is included with all membership plans. Verification is more meaningful with Premium or higher membership, as it unlocks your full business profile features.
Marketplace
Marketplace listings are exclusive to VIP Seller members (£199/year). This ensures all listings are from verified, committed professionals.
Services (website design, SEO, social media management, photography), digital products (templates, guides, presets), physical beauty products, and courses/training.
No. We do not take a commission on marketplace transactions. VIP Sellers keep 100% of their earnings. The annual VIP Seller fee covers platform access.
