Long-term client who takes liberties — how do you reset the boundary?

got a client i've had for eight months who turns up late, asks for add-ons on the day, and occasionally no-shows without much concern because she assumes i won't charge her. the relationship's been built over time and now i genuinely don't know how to apply the same rules i do for everyone else.
