Clients who refuse to use anything other than WhatsApp — how do you handle the transition?

switched to a booking link but have about 100 clients who just message on whatsapp as if nothing changed. i can't maintain two parallel systems indefinitely. how did others handle this migration without losing long-term clients who are resistant to change?
