Still using WhatsApp for bookings — has the switch to a proper system actually been worth it?

still using whatsapp to manage bookings and honestly at this point i'm embarrassed to admit it. it was totally fine when i had 20 or so regulars but now i've got 80+ clients and my messages are just chaos. anyone made the switch to a proper system and actually found it worth the hassle? what did you use before and what do you use now, and did the transition cause any problems with existing clients?
