Still running everything through WhatsApp — when did others finally switch?

been managing appointments with a paper diary for eight months now and the cracks are showing. double bookings, missed requests, clients turning up with no record of their slot. curious what finally pushed others to commit to something proper and whether the transition was as painful as i'm imagining it to be.
