What's the best booking system for a mobile mobile therapist with no fixed address?

I rent a chair in a salon in Leeds and I'm wondering if I can use Setmore separately from the main salon's system. The salon owner uses something different and I don't want to confuse clients. Can you set up Setmore as an individual without it being tied to the building's address? Has anyone done this as a chair renter?

The waiting list feature on Timely is genuinely good — better than any other system I've tried. When a cancellation comes in it automatically notifies the next person on the waiting list. Has filled four last-minute slots for me this month alone.

The Instagram booking integration on Fresha was a bit fiddly to set up but it does work. The issue is usually the Facebook Business account connection — make sure your Instagram is properly linked to a Facebook page first, then the Fresha integration finds it straight away.

For a mobile waxing salon I'd go with Treatwell every time. You can set a service area rather than a fixed address, clients can see your availability, and the automated confirmations include all the details they need. Works perfectly without needing a physical premises.

I switched from Vagaro to BookPin about 3 months ago and the main thing I noticed was the client-facing booking page. BookPin's is just cleaner and clients seem to complete the booking without getting confused halfway through. If you're worried about looking professional, that matters more than you'd think.

For a mobile PMU studio I'd go with Appointy every time. You can set a service area rather than a fixed address, clients can see your availability, and the automated confirmations include all the details they need. Works perfectly without needing a physical premises.

I chair-rent and I use Appointy completely separately from the main salon. You just set your own location as a general Glasgow address or your own mobile setup. Clients book with you specifically, not the salon. Works really well and the salon owner doesn't even see my diary.
