What do people actually use for professional appointment confirmations?

what do people actually use for sending appointment confirmations? i used to screenshot my calendar and send it which looks completely amateur. trying to take things up a notch but don't want to overcomplicate it for what is still a fairly small operation. just something that looks clean and professional and doesn't require me to learn a whole new system.
