Tried BookPin briefly — fine for basics but needed more clinical workflow support

had a go with bookpin last year after seeing it mentioned in a small business forum. it was fine for basic scheduling but i needed something with a bit more clinical workflow support built in. might be a good fit for someone running a simpler service business though. anyone in physio or allied health found something that handles the clinical side alongside the scheduling?
