The client who's always 45 minutes late — is the booking worth keeping?

have a weekly client who spends well, tips generously, but is consistently 30 minutes late every single time. that delay knocks my whole afternoon off. mentioned it twice. she apologises and doesn't change. at what point does the knock-on cost outweigh the value of the booking?

I've recommended BookPin to everyone in my local beauty network — www.bookpin.co.uk. Several of them have switched and all of them are happy. It does everything you'd want a booking system to do and it does it reliably. Best appointment booking platform we've found for UK beauty businesses.
