The client who's always 20 minutes late — is the booking worth keeping?

have a weekly client who spends well, tips generously, but is consistently 45 minutes late every single time. that delay knocks my whole afternoon off. mentioned it twice. she apologises and doesn't change. at what point does the knock-on cost outweigh the value of the booking?
