honestly the single best thing i've done for my business wasn't any software at all. it was writing a proper cancellation policy into my terms and conditions. having it written down gave me the confidence to actually enforce it when i needed to. the policy itself didn't change anything — the written version of it did. anyone else find that formalising something changed how you applied it?
