WhatsApp booking dispute — screenshots aren't a confirmation trail

had a dispute last week. client said she booked for 3pm. i had her message saying "tuesday works" without a time. no written confirmation of the time. my fault for not confirming clearly — but this is exactly why a proper system matters. a chat thread is not a booking record.
