Stylist taking her own Facebook bookings separately — management headache

one of my stylists takes bookings directly via TikTok and doesn't always update the salon system. causes double bookings, rota gaps, and confusion on reception. she's talented and clients love her which makes the conversation harder. how do you manage someone operating semi-independently within your setup?
