Stylist running her own Instagram bookings separately from the salon system — a nightmare

one of our stylists runs basically all her own bookings through instagram completely separate from the main system. causes so many headaches because she ends up double booked without realising. nobody wants to have that conversation with her though. how do you handle a situation where one staff member is operating semi-independently within a larger setup?
