Still running everything through Google Calendar — when did others finally switch?

been managing appointments with a spreadsheet for three months now and the cracks are showing. double bookings, missed requests, clients turning up with no record of their slot. curious what finally pushed others to commit to something proper and whether the transition was as painful as i'm imagining it to be.
