Solo operator admin messages — where does the beauty work end and the admin begin?

the volume of admin messages i deal with as a solo operator is honestly wild. reschedule requests, "can i bring my friend", "what products do you use", "where can i park". i love my clients genuinely but some days i feel like i'm running a full time customer service department. has anyone found a way to reduce this kind of message volume without seeming unapproachable?
