does anyone running a solo beauty business actually feel on top of their scheduling? i feel like i'm constantly scrambling. genuinely curious what systems people are using day to day because whatever i'm doing isn't working. i've tried a few things but nothing has stuck long term. what's the combination that actually works for a one-person operation?
