Simpler booking tools work better for older or less tech-comfortable clients

i've tried a few systems and find the simpler ones work better for my clients. quite a few of mine are older or just not that comfortable with tech, so if the booking process has too many steps they give up and message me directly anyway. defeats the whole purpose. has anyone found a booking tool with a genuinely frictionless client-facing experience for non-tech users?
