taking payment upfront for consultations — is this normal across industries or does it make you look less established? i'm considering it but a bit worried about the perception. in the beauty and wellness world it seems standard but i'm not sure how it lands in a trade or landscaping context. anyone switched to this model and found clients were fine with it?
