Patch test tracking at scale — how do you manage this properly?

with 30 colour clients i need to track who's had a patch test, when it was done, and when it expires. doing this manually in a spreadsheet. one miss could be a real problem. is there any system that links patch test records to the booking so you can't accidentally skip the check?
