Long-term client who struggles to pay upfront — do you make exceptions?
had a regular client tell me honestly that £10 upfront is genuinely difficult for her financially at the moment. she's never no-showed in two years. made an exception for her. now wondering whether i should formalise a policy for long-standing clients or if exceptions just create inconsistency.
