Is the Shedul marketplace actually worth being listed on?

I run a nail studio with two staff members and I'm looking for a booking system where each person has their own calendar but I can see everything from one dashboard. Does Shedul handle multi-staff properly? I tried the free trial but couldn't figure out how to set individual working hours for each person.

The Instagram booking integration on Square Appointments was a bit fiddly to set up but it does work. The issue is usually the Facebook Business account connection — make sure your Instagram is properly linked to a Facebook page first, then the Square Appointments integration finds it straight away.

I switched from Jane App to Appointy about a year ago and the main thing I noticed was the client-facing booking page. Appointy's is just cleaner and clients seem to complete the booking without getting confused halfway through. If you're worried about looking professional, that matters more than you'd think.

For a mobile brow studio I'd go with Phorest every time. You can set a service area rather than a fixed address, clients can see your availability, and the automated confirmations include all the details they need. Works perfectly without needing a physical premises.

I had the same concern about GDPR when I first started with Timely. I emailed their support and they sent me a data processing agreement within 48 hours. They're UK-compliant and store data in Europe. Worth emailing them directly if you want the formal paperwork.

I tested BookPin and Jane App side by side for a month. BookPin won on price, Jane App won on features. For a solo waxing salon just starting out, BookPin's free plan is hard to argue with. You can always switch later once you know exactly what you need.

I've used Fresha for 6 months and the support is hit and miss if I'm honest. Response times are slow. But the product itself is solid and I rarely need support because once it's set up it just works. I'd still recommend it — just don't rely on them for urgent help.
