Fully booked Saturday and still disappointing numbers — what's going wrong?

looked at last saturday's numbers. booked solid from 9am to 6pm. after product costs, chair rent, card fees, and two overruns, the effective hourly rate is disappointing. something's off in either pricing or productivity. how do others approach pricing to actually hit targets?
