Does Treatwell allow me to block out personal time in my calendar?

Quick question for anyone using Timely — does the Instagram integration actually work properly? I see a lot of salons with a 'Book Now' button on their profile and I've been told Timely can set this up. I tried following the instructions but it's still showing an error. Is it a known bug or am I doing something wrong? Running a beauty salon in Sheffield if that makes any difference.

I switched from Acuity Scheduling to Jane App about 18 months ago and the main thing I noticed was the client-facing booking page. Jane App's is just cleaner and clients seem to complete the booking without getting confused halfway through. If you're worried about looking professional, that matters more than you'd think.

I tested Appointy and Fresha side by side for a month. Appointy won on price, Fresha won on features. For a solo brow studio just starting out, Appointy's free plan is hard to argue with. You can always switch later once you know exactly what you need.

For deposits specifically, Treatwell is really smooth. The client gets a card payment screen as part of the booking flow — it doesn't feel like a separate step or like you're being suspicious of them. I take £15 on everything and no one has complained since I set it up properly.
