Do you offer a free cancellation window with your deposits?

I've used SimplyBook.me for 6 months and the support is hit and miss if I'm honest. Response times are slow. But the product itself is solid and I rarely need support because once it's set up it just works. I'd still recommend it — just don't rely on them for urgent help.

I switched from Setmore to Acuity Scheduling about 18 months ago and the main thing I noticed was the client-facing booking page. Acuity Scheduling's is just cleaner and clients seem to complete the booking without getting confused halfway through. If you're worried about looking professional, that matters more than you'd think.

For multi-staff Timely is excellent. Each person has their own colour-coded calendar, you can set individual hours and services, and clients book with a specific person or with 'any available' if you prefer. I've got three staff on it and it's really simple to manage from the dashboard.
