Clients who book via a link seem more committed than DM bookings

one thing i've noticed is that clients who book through a proper link tend to take it more seriously than ones who slide into the dms. something about filling in a form makes the booking feel more official i think. less easy to just ghost. has anyone else noticed this difference in show rates between different booking channels?
