Client initiated a chargeback on my no-show deposit — and won
took a deposit via my booking system. client no-showed. they filed a chargeback claiming the service wasn't delivered. technically correct — it wasn't, because they didn't turn up. bank sided with them. now looking at how to protect against this properly. anyone else dealt with it?
