Booking tool I loved got acquired — and immediately got worse

was really happy with the platform i'd used for a year. got acquired by a bigger company. within a few months: prices up, features locked behind higher tiers, support slower. happens so often in niche saas. now looking for an alternative — suggestions welcome.
