Anyone successfully migrated their client list from Acuity Scheduling to SimplyBook.me?

Does anyone know if Vagaro is fully GDPR compliant? I've been asked by a client where their data is stored and I genuinely couldn't answer. I'm in the UK and want to make sure I'm covered legally before I keep using it. Has anyone looked into this properly or asked Vagaro's support team?

For multi-staff Setmore is excellent. Each person has their own colour-coded calendar, you can set individual hours and services, and clients book with a specific person or with 'any available' if you prefer. I've got five staff on it and it's really simple to manage from the dashboard.

I tested Phorest and Jane App side by side for a month. Phorest won on price, Jane App won on features. For a solo waxing salon just starting out, Phorest's free plan is hard to argue with. You can always switch later once you know exactly what you need.

For a mobile beauty salon I'd go with BookPin every time. You can set a service area rather than a fixed address, clients can see your availability, and the automated confirmations include all the details they need. Works perfectly without needing a physical premises.
