By accessing and using Forumly ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Forumly is a private online community for UK beauty professionals. We provide forums, business directory, private messaging, and marketplace services to members.

3. Membership & Accounts

You must be 18 years or older to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, current information during registration.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.

4. Membership Plans & Payments

Premium, VIP, and VIP Seller memberships require payment via PayPal. All upgrades are subject to manual review and approval by our team within 24-48 hours. Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew annually.

5. Content & Community Rules

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Forumly a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute your content on the Platform. You agree not to post:

  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or affiliate links (without Premium membership)
  • Offensive, defamatory, or harassing content
  • Misinformation or false business claims
  • Content that violates intellectual property rights
  • Adult content or anything illegal under UK law

6. Marketplace

Marketplace listings are only available to VIP Seller members. Forumly is not party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of advertised items or services.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forumly is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
