WhatsApp for bookings — at what client count did it stop working for you?

started on whatsapp because everyone's on it and it felt natural. it was fine at 80 clients. now i've got significantly more and the chaos is real. missed requests, no clear confirmation trail, booking requests buried between personal messages. when did others hit the wall?
