Wedding season enquiries — the 10-to-1 enquiry to booking ratio is exhausting

wedding season is genuinely devastating for my inbox. the ratio of enquiry to actual booking is probably 10 to 1 and managing all those conversations while trying to actually do the work is exhausting. there has to be a better system. how do other wedding suppliers manage high enquiry volumes without spending half their lives in email?
