honestly saturdays are an absolute nightmare. had three empty slots this week because people just didn't turn up. no text, no call, nothing. i've been running this salon for six years and it genuinely feels like it's getting worse not better. does anyone actually enforce their cancellation policy or do you just absorb the loss and move on? at what point does it become worth the awkwardness of following up?
