Thinking about going back to phone-only bookings — are online bookings too disposable?

genuinely considering going back to phone-only bookings. at least then you're having a real conversation and people feel more committed to it. online bookings feel almost disposable to some clients i think. too easy to make, too easy to ignore. anyone switched back from online to phone and found it improved things? or is that going backwards?
