the booking tool market is genuinely overcrowded. there are probably 50+ options doing roughly the same thing with slightly different ui. the real differentiation between most of them is pretty minimal once you actually dig in. what would it take for a booking tool to actually stand out to you — what feature or approach doesn't exist yet that you'd actually pay for?
