Patient books, doesn't show, rebooks without mentioning it — caught it by luck

had a situation where a patient booked an initial assessment, didn't show, then tried to rebook without mentioning it. we only caught it because my receptionist recognised the name. the conversation was awkward. the system should flag this automatically. does any booking tool actually track this kind of history and surface it before you confirm a new booking?
