Out-of-hours appointments — do you charge a premium rate?

getting requests for appointments before 8am and after 7pm. tempting financially but i value that time. thinking about a premium rate for out-of-hours if i do offer it. what do others charge for unsociable hours and does it attract the kind of client you actually want?
