Online self-booking vs phone booking — does it affect show rates?

been running a rough experiment. clients i book over the phone vs clients who book themselves online. anecdotally the phone ones show up more reliably. hasn't been tracked properly though. anyone got real data on this or at least a strong feeling either way?
