Moving from NHS to private practice — patient expectations are completely different

switched from nhs to private clinic eight months ago. what surprised me most: private patients expect much quicker responses, more flexibility with appointments, and a more premium communication experience overall. had to completely rethink how we handle confirmations and follow-ups.
