Introduced deposits — no-shows stopped but new bookings dipped

introduced a £10 deposit about six weeks ago. no-shows basically stopped. but i've noticed fewer new clients completing a booking. regulars are fine — they trust me. new clients seem more hesitant. trying to work out if the tradeoff is worth it long term.
