How long before a booking system actually pays for itself?

thinking about paying £12 a month for a booking tool. if it cuts no-shows and saves admin time it probably does pay for itself — but i haven't done the maths properly. has anyone actually sat down and calculated the roi? would be useful to hear real numbers rather than estimates.
