Getting allergy disclaimers completed before arrival — how do you enforce it?

we had a situation last week where a client booked a colour appointment but hadn't completed the allergy disclaimer online. had to delay the whole thing while we went through everything with her. we're now pushing people to complete it before they arrive rather than hoping they will. what's the most effective way to actually get clients to do this before showing up?
