Enforcing no-show charges — the awkwardness is the hardest part

introduced a no-show fee eight months ago. the policy is clear on the booking page. but when it comes to actually sending the charge invoice my stomach still drops a little. does the awkwardness go away with time or do you just accept it's part of running a business?
