Email-only support in a booking tool is fine until it really isn't

had an issue at 8am on a saturday. double bookings showing in the system. support is email-only with a 48-hour response time. had to manage it manually. whatever you pay, make sure there's a real-time support option. email-only support is an acceptable trade-off until you actually need help urgently.
