Does your booking platform answer basic data security questions clearly?

the data security question on these platforms is underrated. where is customer data stored, who has access to it, what happens to it if i cancel my account. most support teams genuinely struggle to answer these questions clearly and that should raise flags. is this something other business owners actually check or is everyone just clicking accept and moving on?
