DNA rates in private clinics — what's realistic and what counts as a problem?

patients not showing up to medical appointments is something i find really hard to accept. those slots could go to someone who actually needs to be seen. we've started sending two reminder messages and it's helped, but it hasn't solved the problem. what dna rate do other small private clinics consider acceptable, and at what point does it become worth implementing something more formal?
